Pair of Hartmut Lohmeyer lounge chairs designed and produced in Germany by Wilkhahn in the 1950's in teak, rattan wicker and new cushions with bouclé fabric by de ploeg.
Hartmut Lohmeyer studied architecture at the Technische Hochschule in Karlsruhe under Egon Eiermann. After working as an architect he progressed into furniture design where he excelled and became one of Germany's most acclaimed post war modernist designers.
